2004 T-267 SR roof leak and bunk corner damage
On further inspection of our new to us Sunny after bringing it home we found some obvious water damage in the one area we didn't check with the moisture meter... the bunkhouse back corner. Now we see this...




On the outside we noticed this...



and on further inspection...




We can't tackle this until spring... just wondering how difficult it will be. We knew there would need to be fixes going in but we really didn't expect this.
