Welcome, JB. The great thing is that you have something to keep the rain out. Plumbing stuff can be addressed relatively at leisure, as long as you have a source of water jugs and a couple of five-gallon buckets.
Sounds like you have at least some idea of where problem areas in the lines are, but there may be others not obvious at first blush. One thing that can help after initial repairs is to get a pressure gauge that lets you charge the lines with air and then wait to see if they hold pressure, or there's a leak somewhere.
Saves a bit of mess compared to dribbling water everywhere.
