Friday night I replaced the dead WFCO converter with a new Progressive Dynamics 4655.
Not too bad of a job, had two issues:
First, the directions said to remove the convertor from the metal box, by pushing the button on the bottom. The button did nothing because the convertor was held in by four screws!! After I removed the four screws it popped right out.
Second, the circuit board/12v distro panel had been replaced before and the mounting screw was missing. Funny thing was, one of those four screws from above was a perfect replacement!!!
Everything is working fine now.
Next fix is one of the mounts that holds the kitchen drawer rail broke, I have the part, just need to replace it.

Started making curtains for our T-1350 yesterday. Found plenty of the fabric we were going to use at JoAnn's, so I didn't have any excuse to get out the sewing machine.

Last night we put up some of the curtains I made. I'm still in the construction phase.
We're going to do something with the valance and cushions, too - in time.

Plenty of opportunity for that here. Amarillo is on Rt. 66.
Yes, there is a lot more of the Mother Road out there. Maybe next year.

Today we cleaned the rubber roof, ( it was filthy, we had never cleaned it ) and removed black streaks. Gave her a good bath. Checked the propane heater to make sure it works, we have never tried to use it. We will probably need it next weekend when we go to the Shenandoah M&G. A couple weeks ago one of our cats got locked inside the camper. Luckily, I had one window cranked open so he just pushed out the screen to escape without tearing the screen, but not after he did some damage to the inside. Ripped up a couple of curtains, left some presents on the floor, and lots of hair behind. So my mom made some new curtains for me, and now all the curtains are finished. Luckily, he ripped the old curtains that were dry rotted anyway, and not the new ones that my mom made for us a couple months ago that were on the back windows. Lesson learned - always check for hiding cats!!

Been a few days, but we got all the curtains and valances up in our Sunny. This is a cell phone cam shot. I'll get better ones eventually, when we can stage them. <G>
My next project will be those cushions. Will probably do them in the blue part of the spectrum.

I added a stove top cover to mine yesterday! I've wanted one since I have such limited counter space. I'd find I put stuff on the stove top anyway. When I saw Kathy (Poppy & Nana) had the one, I jumped on it!
Installation was VERY easy. I never even put the slide out, nor had to turn on lights, which was nice since the battery is out and it isn't plugged in.
1) Removed two stove grates and set them on the side
2) Lifted up on the front of the stove top (gave me a little resistance on the right side, but came after some wiggling)
3) Disconnected the three burner wires going to the spark ignitors
4) Slid the stove top forward and out of the alignment tabs
5) Removed the top and set it on the side
6) Propped the cover up along the back wall so I could mount the hinges (attached to the cover)
7) Aligned the hinges with the holes (already there) on the stove base (above oven though)
Installed the four screws with a screwdriver (thanks for including these Kathy!)
9) Put the black stove top back on and slid into the alignment tabs, holding the front up still.
10) Re-connected the spark ignitor wires.
11) Pushed the stove top down into place (doesn't seem to have anything holding it down)
12) Re-installed two stove grates
13) Tested cover and it works and looks great!
Kathy even included the instructions for the cover, which I'm excited to add to the trailer's binder, but I never had to even look at them- it was that easy!

I replaced one of the plastic hangers that hold the kitchen drawer track in place. One thing I can say about them, they are designed to break...really pretty flimsy!!!
Part was readily available from local RV store. It was an easy repair, once I managed to get my bear paws through the drawer slots!!!
Too dark for my cell phone to capture decent pics, but basically:
1. Remove screw holding the track in the front.
2. Remove track.
3. Remove two screws holding remains of the plastic hanger from back wall of cabinet. (Remember that "bear paws through...." statement?!?!?!? )
4. Attach new hanger re-using same screws.
5. Slide track into hanger and re-attach track in front.
6. Replace drawer.

Change of plans
We were looking forward to an overnight tonight with friends who own a 27' Fleetwood Wilderness and who were spending a long weekend at R.B. Winter SP (central PA), an hour away from us. They called yesterday to let us know they wanted to leave today before we start feeling the effects of Hurricane Sandy. They didn't want to hazard the winds... and we didn't either, especially since we've only towed our 2363 four times. Forecasters are calling for 20-30 mph winds with gusts up to 50 tomorrow so home we stay.
We did meet them for supper at R.B. Winter yesterday evening (without the 2363) and there were 3 Sunlines in the park.
