Hey Gary,
Hmm, I saw that come through a couple days ago on Oodle, but it only had one exterior pic. At the time, I made a mental note that something was up because the door frames are black, which shouldn't be, so I figured somehow they were replaced at one time or another. Sunline did use black framed windows, but never black framed doors. They went right from the bare aluminum ones to the white painted.
To me, it looks like this was just a custom ordered 2363 with no couch. It just looks too factory.
Even though there aren't the pictures, I'm wondering if maybe they put a dinette on the side wall and snuck the chair in along the front. They used to do them where they had a half dinette bench with the table and couch to get a dinette, plus the chair option. Then the chair became the only way. But Sunline did so much custom stuff that this certainly could have been done.
As for the windows though, who knows what's been done. It could be factory, it could not.
How have you been...haven't heard from you in a while?
Jon

That sure does look like my 2363 except for the differences noted by Jon. My window frames are black but I met someone in a campground that had white window frames, inside and out, it was an option. That style rockguard was a year after mine so it had to be 2003 or later. Mine also has the white plastic sink not the stainless and I don't have a second door on the cabinet over the sink. As Jon said, must be a custom order 2363.

It's an '04 based on the striping.
'03 was the year they changed over to either Kinro windows or white Hehr windows from the black Hehrs. I'm not sure yet what the '03's have, so if anyone out there can verify, I'd appreciate it!
Hey Jay, this guy has the striping on his refrigerator panel
It's also an earlier '04 because it has the new Maple, but with the mitered corners versus the straight. Those are Fern Blue valances too.
You know what, this might be an insurance job. Looking close at the striping on the side, it might have been painted on. It doesn't have those arrow things toward the back that the '04's do, and the front tip looks farther back from the front than they normally were. That might explain the unusual doors. I think the gold aluminum on the bottom is higher than stock too (for '04), so it might be a different style aluminum and they could only get it in that size.

Where is this one located? and has anyone sent an email inquiring as to the model number? Sunline did some custom stuff for us on our second Sunline, so I'd guess that's what happened to the sofa.

I just noticed there is no compartment door just forward of the awning support.

That would probably be due to the sofa being deleted. Also, there were lots of other units with the striping, that went all the way back.

Yes, but if it has a dinette on the side, it should still have a door there because there should be storage under the dinette bench. I can't imagine having a long drawer there because the chair would make it tough to open it very far.
I'm still thinking insurance repair, maybe the door got damaged and just didn't get replaced.

It almost looks like there's an accordian door at the front of the counter (next to the chair) where we have a cubby hole that would be at the end of the couch.

Yes Jon, I did see the striping on the fridge vent. Wonder if it was factory done with a clean plastic grill based on the problems I experienced trying to stripe it with years of road junk on it.
I think SL eliminated that "cuby hole" next to the sofa a couple of years after ours. Didn't they put in a larger storage door on the road side for a peg board type of storage closet?? Also perhaps the dinette area is free standing table and chairs and not bench so there would not be a need for storage door on the curb side. There is really nothing on that side that would require a bench to hide something.
Also when did SL eliminate the window at the head of the bed?? If it was 2004 then that window placement would have been custom too.
Just my $.02 supporting a possibility of it being factory custom 2363. Very nice coach.

Hi Jay,
I forgot about the free standing option! I don't have another '04 or even '05 2363 handy right now to look, but the '04 2553 and 2653 both had the door under the dinette and a bedroom window.
They did change to that larger door, I seem to recall it was there in '05, not sure about '04. I do know it remained through '06.
I think the door and the bedroom window both remained through very early '06. '06 is when they cut a lot of the bedroom windows, but some early ones that have the '05 decals and fabrics still had them.

Search long enough and it's possible to find a new one out there!
http://www.sunlinervs.com/rvinventor....asp?id=678477
This should answer some questions:
- Storage door is there.
- Bedroom window is there
- Large pegboard door is unknown
- No cubby next to couch pillow
- I guess the gold aluminum is that high, I was thinking the earlier stuff.
- Door frames are different.
- Maybe the refrigerator panel is a different style? Looking at it real close from comparing the other stuff, it looks like it's a different shape, like maybe homemade?

Here is an 03 I saw on a dealer's lot while I was considering buying my used 02. It had the large door which was the one thing I wished my 02 had.

Oh ok, that would make sense because I think '03 was the first year they put the gigantic windows on the 1950 by the chair. I swear it's like 3-4 times the size of the one that was there before it.
Do you have any other pics of that '03? It looks in really nice shape.

Here is the only other exterior picture I took. The unit was brand new on the dealers lot when I took that in August of 03. I really considered buying it but the best price he could give me was at least $5000 more than the 1 year old used 2363 that I bought in Maine. I have a couple of pictures looking through the window, blinds and all. They are not very good.

Thanks! I was hoping maybe you had one of the other side front that might show the frame numbers. Oh well. Those two are still very good shots of a "new" '03!

I was thinking it has 2 swivel chairs and a flip table in front, which would explain the lack of the storage door.
