Yea mystery solved! I can testify that the table on the 2363 slides very far forward to make it difficult for some people with larger appendages in the frontal portion of their bodies, (not mentioning any names)(me), to get in between the table and sofa. Point is that table is flexible enough to allow the two swivel chairs to go on either side or in front like many twin chair combos. Neat idea if the jack knife sofa is not needed. Huum..
DW nixed the idea of pulling sofa. I forgot sometimes the grandkids need a place to sleep aswell as the MIL.

Yes, I like this layout as well. My only concern with it is that I've seen quite a few 2363's with the chair missing, so it seems like that space would look weird with nothing there. So I'm wondering if there's a third chair, which would seem really weird, or if there's some sort of cabinet, or just nothing. I could see a nice big Tweety pantry cabinet would look really nice there and make a great spot for a TV... This gap is why I was thinking a dinette there all along.

When there is more than two people the chair can be bothersome. When we camp with friends we remove the chair and bring two stools bought in Lancaster. Matches well and allows more people to the table when the weather does not cooperate. Maybe people have removed the chair for that reason. The chair became usefull somewhere else and never got returned to the coach when sold or traded in.

Or maybe people replaced the chair with something comfortable to sit in (which was my project this past week) and didn't want to give it up when they traded their unit.

If only I could find one of these people who also happens to have an '07 and the Granola or Tropical Magic interior!
