I think the door can probably be rebuilt. I had to take mine apart a month or so ago to replace screws and inspect as the bottom of the door had water intrusion. Not sure about your door but mine has wood around the edges but the center is that white styrofoam. I have seen RV deadbolts on Amazon. I can't recall the price though.

Hi Folks,
Yes, rebuilding of the older doors is a common thread here on Sunline Club.
Here are 2 I found quickly with pics
http://www.sunlineclub.com/forums/f7...ild-14425.html
http://www.sunlineclub.com/forums/f6...s-16666-4.html
To help search for topics when our forum embedded search feature does not seem to turn up much on the forum, try this Google Custom Search. Our Admin made it for us and it works better in many cases. Book mark this link for future searches.
https://cse.google.com/cse/home?cx=0...95:95x3m3w6lto
Scroll down a little to the "Google Custom Search" box, enter "door rebuild" and hit the blue go button at the end of the search line. I had 125 hits in 0.24 seconds. Yes, I had to sift through some that where rebuilds and not doors, but it is was a lot faster and closer to the topic.
Hope this helps
John

problem is the frp covering on the front is gone and someone covered half the door with plywood, and stuck it and the foam together, home depot has the frp panels but they're a bit thicker, and it says interior use only huh ? that's fiberglass reinforced plastic what gives...so I have a door with one half plywood, and then painted foam on the top half. it's just a critter barrier right now. I saw this coming when I bought the trailer

Not sure which thread it is, but there's discussion on how to work around the thicker panels.
