Hi Ron,
I am not totally sure of your setup, and if a prior owner has changed something. But we have several of us with electrical background that can help if we see what you have.
If you can post some pics of your breaker box area, that helps start the conversation.
If you need help posting pics, here are the basics.
There are 3 ways to add pics.
1. Upload pics to a specific post attaching them at the end of the post.
2. Linking them in from a public viewable web photo hosting service you have.
See here for 1 and 2

3. You can upload pics to the forum in your own personal photo album. Then link them to anywhere in the text of a post. See here on how to create an album.

If you still get stuck, let us know. Pic's go a long way in helping show things you are working on, and we really like seeing Sunline pics!
Here is some generic help. The older 70's and into the 80's campers had a metal small breaker box. Some only had 2 slots for 2 single breakers.
You said the camper power went out, do you mean "just" the 120 VAC power? Meaning wall outlets, maybe a microwave if you have one, the roof AC unit? Yours might have a GFIC in the kitchen or bathroom if there is even a outlet in there, and if the GFI trips, everything on it and downstream goes out. See if it is tripped. And if you have one and it will not reset or pass power, if there is 120 VAC live power in the breaker box, but not the wall outlets then the GFI may be toast. They do fail and the older ones failed more,
The little fuses you are talking about, if they are glass tube fuses sort of mounted in an open area, the older Sunlines had those glass fuses in the DOT body lights etc. And in the power converter, they has glass fuses too. But they are inside the power converter box and not out in the open. These glass tube fuses are only for 12 volt DC items.
The battery on the front of the camper and the power converter supplies the 12 VDC power for the lights and other 12 volt DC items.
Pics and let us know where you are on this, and we can see if we can help more.
Hope this helps
John
