Lynchburg VA, I know that area. The land of red dirt.... man is it red.
It is 7 1/2 hours from the house here to one of our plants in Altavista VA, about 25 minutes from Lynchburg on Hwy 29. There are a bunch of little towns there with Lynchburg being the big town. And they have a big beautiful lake in that area. Smith Mountain Lake.
They get ice in that area verses snow. And they get snow at times too.
Drive safe and take care.
If the weather holds, warm that is, we will be out next weekend. It was 50F here yesterday.
Did some work on the camper. The black streaks where taking over and this morning I washed the roof. First time since we got it. It was 48 when I started and 31 when I was done....
not that I'm that slow, just it dropped that fast and the wind about blew your head off... We have a light snow fall tonight.... what a weather roller coaster.
John
