Sunny Rollling

Yep, it's true. Sunny should be on the road the 26th. Will be headed to small town east of Lynchburg, VA. A 240 mile trip for me. Going to visit a friend for a few days, planning to return home on the 30th.

"IF" the weather changes, and they predict any bad weather I will NOT go, as I won't tow in snow unless I'm already on the road and need to get home. And if it's bad snow, I'll find a place to stop.

Great to hear you're pulling ol' Sunny out of hybernation.

It's great to see some of you Easterners still camping considering the weather conditions. Sometimes the call of the road is too strong to tame

Good Luck, and I'll say a prayer the weather holds out

Lynchburg VA, I know that area. The land of red dirt.... man is it red.

It is 7 1/2 hours from the house here to one of our plants in Altavista VA, about 25 minutes from Lynchburg on Hwy 29. There are a bunch of little towns there with Lynchburg being the big town. And they have a big beautiful lake in that area. Smith Mountain Lake.

They get ice in that area verses snow. And they get snow at times too.

Drive safe and take care.

If the weather holds, warm that is, we will be out next weekend. It was 50F here yesterday. Did some work on the camper. The black streaks where taking over and this morning I washed the roof. First time since we got it. It was 48 when I started and 31 when I was done.... not that I'm that slow, just it dropped that fast and the wind about blew your head off... We have a light snow fall tonight.... what a weather roller coaster.

Kitty, KD & Sunny home safe. Had a good trip/visit with friend. Did a goof on the way home, forgot to put truck in tow/haul mode. Actually seemed to do better on fuel Forgot to mail in my truck tag renewal, so will drive to DMV tomorrow and use driveup window to renew. Hopefully there will be NO line Sunny is in his house, battery removed, but I still need to remove the Pressure Pro sensors and cover the tires.

OH, about the Pressure Pro system, LOVE it. I apparently have a bad valve stem on the R/R tire and the system let me know it. I had to do several stops to add air. Will pull tire and take it to my tire dealer to have stem replaced.

Guess, I'm getting too used to dealing withsome sort of complication when I travel, as this did not upset me. I might even get rattled "IF" I ever travel and nothing goes wrong. But that would be nice

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and got to spend time with their families.
