Sunline factory
FYI
Just did a quick search to see what was up with the factory. Looks like it is still listed and available. So much for the rumors of a former owner using the assembly building for a sales/service shop!

MM,
Thanks for the info. I hadn't searched that out before. I wonder about the building across the street though. I don't see anything there about that one...only the back building (MLS # 118271). With that price, I don't know who would buy it!

That # doesn't return any results. I think the MLS #'s have to be 6 digits.

That's it, Thanks!!
That listing appears to be the building across the street plus everything else. For that price it better be!

Well if we are going to group together and buy the building to restart the business, we are going to have to have one really big bake sale.
Has anyone heard if the rights and plans to the intellectual property where sold on Ebay? Or are they still available?

John,
I haven't heard anything either about the intellectual property. I was wondering about that myself.
Believe me from experience, I think people would be more inclined to buy baked goods than popcorn! You know, I did hear of a thing like popcorn that's with batteries. I think they're called Trooper Batteries. Any RVer can use batteries!

From the beginning,,,
Hey Sunline Family Devotees,
I was wondering from the very beginning if former employees would have been interested in going employee owned.
H.R. word for it " stakeholders."
Sorry had to throw that in... my MS in training, tech instruction and Human Resource Development. One of those gag words along with "paradigm."
And then I thot if anyone here had any bucks or if some of you could throw in...
Also when the wrecked Sunline popped up wondering if it wouldn't be wise for the club here to get a wreck or an older model yall could pick up to plunder for parts and pieces...
Just wondering,,,
Anyone independently wealthy
BB
P.S. DH said the owner of Martin was very sad when Sunline closed. He had to really scramble to get a decent replacement product. He used to be an exclusive Sunline dealer only.
