Silent Auction Donation Instruction

This year attendees to the Buttonwood M&G may donate items to the Silent Auction.
You DO NOT have to donate an item to participate in the Silent Auction.

What is a Silent Auctioned? See the Silent Auction post for details and information about the Silent Auction, including a list of items to be auctioned.

What can I Donate? Donations should be either new or home made items.

How do I Donate an Item? Follow these steps to donate an item to the 2009 Buttonwood M&G Silent Action:
1. Post a reply to the Silent Auction post indicating the item you will be donating (or you can PM me with the information).
2. Download and print the Silent Auction Donation Form.
Note, if the link to the form doesn’t work go to the Special Events forum 2009 Silent Auction Donation Form post and try from there.
3. Fill out the Silent Auction Donation Form following the instructions on Page 2 of the Form.
3. Bring your Donated Item and Donation Form to the 2009 Buttonwood M&G

Who do I Give my Donation to? Bring your item and completed Donation Form to Friday night’s Welcome Social between 6:30pm & 7pm and place it on one of Silent Auction tables.
