Looks like its in good shape and I think $6000 is a good deal for someone. We paid $8900 for our 2006 T-264SR from a dealer in October 2015, and were excited about that price. At that time most others I was finding were $12,000 or more.
I agree anyone looking at it will need a 3/4 ton or larger vehicle to tow, its dry weight is about max for most 1/2 tons.
