Seeking motor and gears for a 2005 264SR slide room

My 2005 T264SR stripped its slideroom gears and the motor jammed and twisted itself off the welded brackets. Does anyone know where I can buy the motor for this model Sunline slideroom? The dealer I took it to doesn't seem to be having any luck finding the motor and they want to fabricate something with another motor... kinda scary!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2005 T-280SR and I believe the slide frame and mechanisms are made by Lippert Components, Inc.
