Auctioning totaled 1982 Sunline

For anyone interested who hasn't seen it, please read my thread under introduce yourself about the 1982 Sunline being auctioned in AZ. It didn't sell at the last auction so it has another chance January 9th. There is now a pre-bid (a sad little $25) on it so I'm confident there won't be any further chances to get salvage parts from this rare camper after this next auction. I am not getting anything from this camper (was already paid by insurance) but I HATE to see all of its great parts and pieces be lost to having it crushed into a ball and gone forever. I've attached a few pictures here of it while we were restoring it. That's a LOT of perfectly intact jalousie windows. And the door (with screen door) is intact too. And please check out the list in my other thread here. Somebody here probably really needs some of these great parts! Please don't let them go to waste.

Thanks for alerting us of this; this could be a "golden find" for someone looking for parts on their older Sunline. Parts for these are far and in between.

The camper being in Arizona for auction could be an issue for us East Coast folks, but one never knows. It's great to hear of the option, at least.
