Removing a faded front Decal on our 2005 1950

Is there a better/less agressive manner to remove the faded front window decal on our 2005 T1950??? Don't want to damage the cover.
Thanks!!

Use a hair dryer and slightly warm it. Then lift and peel and keep slight heat applied. Be careful the vinyl can get real hot. I picked this tip up from Steve Collins here on the forum. I had to take my rear reeling Sun down it looked really bad.

If the decal is already pretty faded, keep in mind that the cover has probably yellowed some and you will probably see a shadow of where the decal was once you remove it.

Has anyone came up with replacement decals yet? My rear decal on my 1950 is really bad.

You have me blushing, John!

Turpentine or mineral spirits for cleanup of any remaining adhesive. Gentle use with a soft cloth. Best to moisten for a while and then gently wipe off. Too much rubbing may begin to wear away the finish on the siding.
