Be sure your device is fused or you are on the load side of the fuse. Best to have both.

Thanks...I generally keep it that way but it would be easy enough to do!

I’ll add this help the cause. Check under the camper at the rear wall under the camper at the Darco level. Sunline ran the DOT wiring under the camper on the outside of the Darco membrane. Then it goes up the back wall. You can splice in easy to the running lights to have a hot wire when the truck parking lights are on.

Hope this helps

John

I have found that the left rear tail light seems to have everything there that comes from the front. If you want the camera to stay on the simplest would be the parking lights personally I run mine towing any way. You will still have to tap into something for the other end parking lights would be two stones.

Yeah one of the reasons I want it is to act as a rear view while driving.
Our Cherokee pulls the trailer just fine as it is pretty light but it just isn't wide enough to see around the trailer well even with extension mirrors.
I'll post more as I get it attached!

So far what I purchased (too cheap!) didn't work at all...now I am going to try one that will wifi connect to our phones... either Android or iPhone.
Hopefully be able to report back later...I know I have a particularly tough back in coming in early August!
