Hi Joe,
I have not had to do this for a truck camper, but Roadmaster makes some suspension upgrades that can help with the truck rear body roll/sway.
These guys
Roadmaster Inc. - Tow Bars, Braking Systems & RV Accessories
I had a camping buddy towing a large travel trailer with his 2005 Excursion. The rear springs are really soft on the Ex's. He added their rear active suspension and it made a major difference. They may not offer the RAS anymore, I can't seem to find it on their site. Buy they still make the sway bars.
Hope this helps
John
