2009 WNY M&G Pot-Luck Dinner Sign-Up

.
2009 WNY M&G Pot-Luck Dinner Sign Up

Hello to everyone attending the 2009 WNY Meet & Greet @ Southwoods RV Resort.
If you haven’t signed up and would like to attend; see the 2009 WNY M&G Sign-Up post for information.

This post is to inform everyone of Saturday night’s Pot-Luck Dinner and to provide a way for individuals to sign-up / identify (via a reply to this post) what they would like to bring as a dish to pass.

Saturday night’s Pot-Luck Dinner will consist of:
Everyone is to:
provide their own drinks and place settings,
bring a dish to pass.
grilling by their own choice – but at previous M&Gs the shared dishes has provided more than enough food.

Pot-Luck Dinner Schedule:
We’ll eat dinner at 6 pm.

If you wish to grill, at previous M&Gs, individuals have brought their grills to the gathering area around 5:30 pm to grill their meat.

Dishes to share / pass may include (see sign-up list below):
Entrées
Salads & Side Dishes
Desserts

If anyone has any food allergies, please let us know.

Suggested Serving Size of Shared Dishes: There’s currently 26 people attending so I would guess a dish to serve 8 - 10 people should be sufficient

We have Site C8 as our gathering / eating / camp fire site.

In case of inclement weather – if anyone has a large canopy that they are willing to bring, please let me know. I’ll be brining a 10x10 easy-up, but that won’t fit everyone.

The current count on attendees is 11 sites, 26 people.

Please sign-up for what you would like to bring as a dish to pass as a reply to this post.

I’ll keep a running list to make it easy to identify what slots are available to sign-up for.

Thanks – looking forward to seeing everyone in September.
Hutch

Please let me know if I've recorded anything incorrectly

Hutch,

Put me down for baked beans.

Also, if anyone needs a large burner and pot for ie; corn, potatos etc. , I have one I can bring. Just have them PM me a couple of days before the meet.

Also put me down for bringing firewood.

Bobo

Tom,
Been travelin' again You can put us down for a pot of chili. It should be chili season in New York by September Do not fear, I don't make "firehouse chili", we like it a little milder. We will bring some habenaro for those that may be mad at their taste buds. Take care and let me know if you need anything else. I should also have firewood as we are staying a little longer. Take Care....................Marshall & Sue

Marshall

Got you down for the Chili.

Thanks for bringing some fire wood, I'll be bringing some also. Plus we can always buy some from the campground if needed.

See you in a few weeks.

Fellow Campers,

I have alot of wood available to bring. Don't waste your money buying any. I live close to Southwoods so I can always run home and get more if we need it.

Mary has informed me that she's planning on making Pulled Pork BBQ for the Pot-Luck Dinner.

She then asked me what I was planning on making

Marshall,

Probably the 14 x 14 Colman Event Shade would work best if needed.

Thanks for offering.
