2006 t-264sr

We picked up our first travel trailer a few weeks ago. After seven seasons of camping with a pop up we have upgraded early for next year. We drove about 400 miles to get a nice T-264SR. Needs some T.L.C and we have a few upgrades and fixes planned before next season. Even though it was chilly we were able to make it out camping one weekend before the end of this season, but now it's inside sleeping for the winter. Can't wait till next spring!

Hi BenB....let me e the first to welcome you to the forum!

You have come to the right place for any info on your new to you Sunny.....I'm sure you will find everyone here to be as helpful as can be!

If you have any questions or concerns.....don't hesitate to ask......someone here will be sure to jump in with an answer!

Where in Ohio are you located? We have a few members out that way and I do believe that there is actually a M&G out mid-West - I'm from NY so I'm not positive of when or where - keep your eyes open to see if something pops up in the spring! M&G's are always a nice way to meet the people behind the posts!

I usually try to chime in on new members but my DH & I just got back from a trip to NJ (left on Friday the 13th (OMG) and returned home late Sunday & I purposely left my computer home) - no we were not camping - our TH has been put to bed back in mid-October......snow is on the way here soon!

Hope you enjoy the forum as much as we do.....be safe...stay warm & be prepared for spring when you can start "fixing up" your new Sunny!

Welcome BenB and congratulations on the new-to-you Sunline. That's a great floor plan and I'm sure you'll get many years of enjoyment out of it.
You'll have to post pictures. Everyone here loves to see pictures.

It was great that you were able to get out camping to enjoy your new Sunline before the end of the season.

We loved our Sunlines. Have owned 3 different Sunline models until we became SOBs (Some Other Brand) last year. We still miss our Sunline.

Definitely as Kathy mentioned, check out some of the Meet & Greets. They are posted within the Sunline Owners Meet & Greet forum. There is a M&G in northern Ohio / Southern MI. Nothing has been posted for the date & location for next year yet. JohnB has been hosting / organizing that M&G the past couple of year. There'll be a post on the 2016 Great Lakes/Midwest Meet & Greet, so keep watching that forum. Depending on where you live in OH, this may be the closest M&G to you.

I host the WNY M&G, which if you're located in north-eastern OH, would be ~4hrs from you. Would love to have you join us and see your new camper.

Then there's the Buttonwood M&G, which is the original M&G that started the whole idea of M&Gs. 2016 is the 10 year anniversary of SOC M&Gs.

JohnB is also our SOC go-to member for technical questions, upgrades, modifications, repairs, towing. Basically any question you may have JohnB will give you good advice. He's help me out more times then I can remember.

Welcome to the SOC and the fun & enjoyment of camping in a Sunline.
Hope to cross paths with you at a campground somewhere and sometime in the future.
Hutch

Welcome! Hope to meet you at a M&G some time. The big one is Buttonwood in PA. It's the 10th one coming up and still going strong. Check out last year's thread to see some of the activities. Hope you can join us!

Thanks everyone for the welcome. We hope to get out camping more this year than past years now both me and my wife have the same work schedules (part of the reason for going from pop-up to travel trailer). Here are some of the pics the dealer took.
