2011 WNY M&G Pot-Luck Dinner Sign-Up
.
2011 WNY M&G Pot-Luck Dinner Sign Up
Hello to everyone attending the 2011 WNY Meet & Greet @ Southwoods RV Resort.
This post is to inform everyone of Saturday night’s Pot-Luck Dinner and to provide a way for individuals to sign-up / identify (via a reply to this post) what they would like to bring as a dish to pass.
As has been done at other M&Gs, grilling will be by your own choice, and people can sign-up to bring an entrée as their dish to share / pass .
Saturday night’s Pot-Luck Dinner will consist of:
Everyone is to:
> provide their own drinks and place settings,
> bring a dish to pass.
> grilling by their own choice – but at previous M&Gs the shared dishes has provided more than enough food.
Dishes to share / pass may include (see sign-up list below):
> Entrées
> Salads & Side Dishes
> Desserts
Suggested Serving Size of Shared Dishes: since there’s currently 9 sites, 18 people I would guess at enough to serve 8 - 10 people should be sufficient.
We have Site C8 as our gathering / eating / camp fire site.
In case of inclement weather – if anyone has a large canopy that they are will to bring, please let me know. I’ll be brining a 10x10 EZ-up, but that won’t fit everyone.
Pot-Luck Dinner Schedule:
> We’ll eat dinner at 6 pm.
If anyone has any food allergies, please let us know.
Please sign-up for what you would like to bring as a dish to pass as a reply to this post.
I’ll keep a running list to make it easy to identify what slots are available to sign-up for.
Thanks – looking forward to seeing everyone in September.
Hutch
Please let me know if I've recorded anything incorrectly

OK. After talking to the better half, scratch the bean salad. We will do corn on the cob. I have a big burner and corn is running late around here.

Your right about no-one ever going hungry at a Sunline gathering. Actually, right now all that yummy, scrumptious sounding food wouldn't do me any good anyway, .

Kathy is pre-cooking the chili tonight (she won't let me have any and the smell is driving crazy!), and has desided to add a pan of homemade corn bread to the list.
