2011 WNY M&G Ice Cream Social Sign-Up

Please post a reply to this topic thread if you are interested in attending the Ice Cream Social.

Include in your reply what you plan to bring to share and number of attendees.
(# of attendees is so we can gauge if we have enough ice cream contributions)


What to Bring to Share:
Each attendee (i.e., site) is to bring to share:
> Ice Cream & Ice Cream scoop
(1/2 Gallon or 1 Pint of your favorite flavor, duplicate flavors are encouraged; please put your name & site # on your scoop)

OR

> Syrup & Topping (such as wipe cream, nuts, sprinkles, etc.)

Note: There’s a Wise Grocery store ~8 miles west of the campground on Old US 22 towards Mifflintown, for those that would prefer to pick up their ice cream or toppings after arriving at Buttonwood.



What you need:Everyone is to bring their own
> Bowl
> Spoon


The original provider should pick up their ice cream or toppings at the conclusion of the social.
Any ice cream or toppings not picked up by 11pm will be thrown out.
Any remaining ice cream scoops will be left in the tent area. (remember please put your name & site # on your scoop so it doesn't get lost)

I will try to maintain a listing of those that have signed up, what they’re bringing, and total number of attendees.

DW and I will be attending the ice cream social (# of attendees - 2) We will bring the similar toppings at the ones we had brought to Buttonwood. They were:

- S'mores toppings
- Chocolate & Toffee Toppings
- Cookies & Cream Toppings

Count Bobo and Amy in. We will bring No Sugar Added ice cream and Sugar Free Chocolate syrup. Flavor will be WOS. (What ever is on sale).

We'll bring Rolo ice cream, straight from the great white north. We're also in on the pot luck, but don't have our act together yet; been gone 5 weeks.

Kathy and I will be attending. Our freezer too small for ice cream containers, so we will bring an assortment of toppings:

- peanuts
- whipped cream
- crumbled Oreos
- mini M&Ms
- waffle bowels (if we can find them)
