There are only a couple used RV part sources in the whole country, and they are around Oklahoma or California. Unfortunately so many parts in an RV are close to one off- cabinets are only common with that brand and floorplan, etc. Appliances, like refrigerators and air conditioners, are cheap enough to replace with new that they aren't worth the labor to remove/disassemble and sell parts from. At the end of the day, you'd have windows, entry doors, refrigerator, air conditioner, furnace, stove, toilet, radio, awning, axles, and storage doors that would be common enough to have a market to sell. All of those would maybe bring $800-1000 used, and then they have to pay for labor to remove them, plus the cost to buy the wrecked unit. If it costs a shop an hour of labor to remove a part @ $100 an hour, they would have to give the part away. All of those parts would maybe cost $3000 brand new. On top of this, RV components aren't designed to last a long time, so with a risk of appliances quitting/breaking or plastic parts failing from sun damage, the value of the parts drops quickly with age. So RV salvage really doesn't exist because there's no money in it.
When looking for deals on RV parts, the best place to go to are the RV surplus companies. They buy up leftover parts from RV manufacturers, brand new, that were left when a model finished building or a supplier had a slightly defective or damaged run of parts that they can't send to the customer. One big one is Bontrager's RV Surplus in White Pigeon, MI, they should have awnings:

RV surplus companies do not work on RVs, so if you buy an awning from them, you will have to install it yourself or pay someone to.
