Demo-ing a Solaris t-1950, have decent shape appliances, windows and doors available if you are local to central Maine. Refrigerator, stove, hot water heater, ac unit.

Is it a propane water heater?
Can you post pictures of that and the stove?
I'm down near Bath.
Our has been changed to an electric water heater and the stove was removed.
