Agreed. I found a '94 2470 here in MI at a salvage auction. It seemed to have water damage in the floor (somewhat major), but I figured I'd just strip it down and sell the parts from it. At least it hadn't been crashed so nothing was damaged that way.
My mom had other ideas though, which didn't include that...
