Your 1950 may only have a 380# tongue weight (from 95 brochure) when it was empty at the factory with no battery and no LP gas in the tanks and no added options.
I did not think you were going to empty the camper to move it were you?
With camping gear, LP gas, battery etc your dual axle 1950 could have a 550 to 650# loaded tongue weight. That would be too much for a Trailblazer to handle without a WD hitch. And as Gary stated, the pulling ability has issues too.
I understand the issues of the WD hitch, your question is a good one for a post of its own. As we become more senior, these WD hitches create a lifting situation to deal with. There are some options to help this depending on the truck one has and the camper.
