Source for wheel rim?

Not a Sunny, but I have an open cargo trailer built from the chassis of an old Terry. Been rolling the dice for a few years with no spare, but I really ought to have one.

Of course the rims are oddball--13", 4 lug on a 9" circle. Anyone have a good source for such a critter?

Dexstar may make the size I think you are looking for. But you said 4 lug on a 9" circle. On a 13" rim, a 9" circle is only 2" in from the tire bead. Is that 9" the bolt lug circle?

See here. Open the product brochure and search for the 13"
Dexstar Wheel - Trailer Rims and Wheels

The offer 4 bolt on a 4.0" BC or a 4.5" BC in the catalog. And they have different wheel widths and ratings.

Etrailer sells the Dextar brand. https://www.etrailer.com/s.aspx?qry=Dexstar+13+Wheel

It does look like they are selling a "Vintage" 13" Dexstar wheel on a 9.44" bolt circle. By the price, hoping you have the newer looking style as the vintage is a lot more pricey.

I have bought new Dexstar rims from Etrailer in the past. The last one only 1 year ago. Dexstar was still made in the USA on all the ones I received. And the quality is very good in my opinion.

Hope this helps

John

Yes it is, though it could well be the 9.44" in your link. I haven't actually pulled one to get a precise measurement. Whew, pricey indeed.

Thanks, John. At least that gives me a bit of a benchmark to compare with what a couple of local suppliers offer. Current tires are in dire need of replacement, so I'm wanting to kill two birds with one stone. So to speak.
