They re-porcelain old stoves. Have no idea on the cost, but you end up with like new porcelain finish you know is safe and will last.
By chance, have you looked up the Wedgewood part number to see if one if a new one is available?
Let us know how you make out. This is a good topic that I have not yet heard of a good solution. Repairing chips, yes, just not a total resurface.
