Where are you from? Knowing this helps
This is a very helpful forum and it seems like more & more current and/or potential Sunline owners at one time or another need some help. All too often, I find that it would be easier/nicer to offer "help" if we knew where the poster was located. We don't need exact addresses, just an idea of your general location.
By knowing where the poster lives, it might get a better reply or even "hey, I'm only about an hour away, I'd be glad to come over and give you a hand", or hey I know your area, I used to live there so they could suggest possible sources of help.
Some Sunline owner(s) might even drive 8 hours to help you out
PLUS, by knowing your general area, it would make it easier to possibly make a "Sunline Meeting" happen when your on the road.
I personally have met several Sunline owners because they use I-81 thru the panhandle of WV, I am only 6 miles off I 81 so getting a chance to meet or help is pretty easy to do.
Still waiting for Tweety to let me know when they are passing thru so we can do a meet Sorry, couldn't resist.
Kitty

Thanks Kathy,
I think it is. And it's what "SOC" is about, helping one another, making new friends, and hopefully meeting those friends.

Absolutely!! I'll 3rd that.
Your location can be added to your screen name. By going to the User CP you can edit your profile and add it.
Oh and I'll add one more thing to the SOC list. Mod's (upgrade, custom touches to your camper) exchange. After going to the Southwoods M & G now Cindy wants to go to Elkhart to get the matching couch to Trailblazer's 5er recliner.... I think everyone who tried out Bill and Debbie's recliner said, you don't want that do you... I think Bill could of sold that recliner about 10 times on Saturday.... Sunline pulled out all the stops on that one.

Come on over! Just make sure to set the tow command up a little higher when you get off the highway...you never know when you'll come across a buggy just over a hill. Fortunately they all have bright flashing lights here though, unlike Lancaster.
On the topic, I can't possibly list an exact location because I'd be changing it more often than I'd like... Heck, for the next four days, the state I have listed now is even wrong...

Kitty I live in NW Pa near 'Clarion' and until fairly recently had a place in central PA near Raystown.
However I work in MTB WV so you are only a few miles away....

Quaddriver,
WOW, you work in Martinsburg, you really are close to us. I drive a bus for Berkeley County Schools, but my runs are mainly around the Inwood area. Gary is an engineer for Winchester & Western Railroad and runs out of Winchester, VA.
My aunt lives north of Saxton, PA, up behind the Capt. Phillips Memorial on 26 when you are heading north to go to Raystown. Been to the COE rv park several years ago, nice place but a real dog to try to get reservations for.
Thw whole purpose of my post was to try to get a little info about our locations, so if a fellow Sunliner was in need of some kind of help a local person might be able to offer help or information on who could help.

small world then, my gf's dad owns 'jules' in Inwood and she sorta works for Berk-co schools....
My 5 year stint here has shown me that you all tend to know each other so I bet you know my co-workers!
(the gf btw loves the sunny. I think she keeps me around to tow it....)

OH man I love, LOVE LOVE Jules' ice cream. What does your GF do with the schools. Don't know "if" I know any of your co-workers, what do they/ou do ?
I drive a special needs bus, go to Musselman Middle, Musselman High and Valley View Elementary. Maybe I'm passing one or both of you everyday ?

I DO think of you every time we pass by the Inwood exit on I81. We're usually on a mission to get to Christiansburg as we're heading south. On the way north we usually stay at my brother's house in Berryville, so we've only been on the road a half hour when we get to you. But if your ears are burning it's because I'm telling Mr Tweety how bad I feel that we never stop to see you! BTW we mounted your flip table in the Tweety as extra counter space next to the sink...come on over next June at the M&G and visit it!

Pam,
I haven't forgot about getting that cabinet door cut down for you. My cabinet guy has been pretty busy as he has a couple of kitchens to do, and he makes all the cabinets, they are not store bought. I think I gave him the door, I'll have to check too early for me to be thinking straight right now.
OH, just teasing you about driving past Inwood.
Kitty
PS, have you seen Lee lately ??

I e-mailed him about a week ago and got a response. His response was pretty short though, to the point.

We are such copy cats...we also replaced the swivel chair (ala Kitty), and are waiting for our new mattress to arrive to put together a day bed in place of the sofa (ala Janalee).... when the whole thing is complete I'll post pictures Actually I saw Lee yesterday when I stopped in to get a Pop-A-Napkin and a 4' water hose. He's doing well - recovering from the Hershey show and being on his feet for 5 days!

Rich and Barbara, just outside of Frederick Maryland in Walkersville. That's about halfway between Harpers Ferry WV and Gettysburg PA for you civil war buffs.

We are right on the Chester County/ Montgomery County line, not far from the "Philadelphia" Premium Outlets
We travel 3 - 4 times a year to Montrose PA (the one in the Northern part of the state).
I also have a ton of family in the Danville / Elysburg (Knoebels) area, but we haven't taken the trailer there . . . yet
I also can be found around garden tractor pulls - mostly at the Oley Fairgrounds, but at others too.
I have a part time job driving for a local car dealership, so that can take me just about anywhere.

Kitty... this is a great thread...and do agree that the SOC is about learning everything Sunny, meeting new friends and helping those friends. We have found this out when we needed help, and try to help others in need also. Sunline Owners are a great group of people!!!
As far as us, we are located in Spring Mills, WV. We are a mile off of I-81. (exit 20 Spring Mills/Falling Waters) 11 miles from Martinsburg, WV and 16 miles from Hagerstown, MD.
We aren't afraid to travel to anyone who needs help out on the road. We do travel I-81 alot from Harrisburg, Pa to down near Staunton, Va.
We also are in Gettysburg alot, and know the Lancaster, York, Hanover, area.
We are always up for a mini SOC Meet & Greet! Especially since fall is here and the weather is perfect outside.

Mandy and I live in the booming town of Wellsville, PA. Perched between Harrisburg and York on the State Route 74.
Family from the Raystown area huh. Small world. My Aunt and Uncle own Arnolds Marine Service in James Creek.
