We have a 2006 Sunline 2363 that we want to sell. We purchased this unit new after Sunline had gone out of business. It has the Ultra Package which basically means gelcoat, ultra leather, electric tongue jack, upgraded kitchen faucet and stuff like that. In 2013 a tree branch speared the roof and we had it replaced. They tore off the entire roof and put down decking so it can be walked on. They also replaced one of the ceiling panels. The awning and a fantastic fan were replaced at the same time. All the softwoods were removed and stored when we bought it so they are pristine. It is in very good condition. I can only remember one time using the stove and we never used the oven. We did use it as a warmer a couple of times. Even the mattress looks brand new since I had about a foot of memory foam, mattress pads, and a feather bed on it.

We are included the anti sway bars, chocks (those x shaped things that go between the wheels) and other trailer specific things we no longer need for a motorhome. We have no idea how to fairly price it. Any guidance would be appreciated. We aren't looking to make a killing on it. We just would like something fair to buyer and seller but have no clue as to what that would be.
We purchased a Winnebago View because it's easier on these old bodies, can go anywhere, and we want to travel the US. Our truck is a 2001 so it was getting time to replace it and that's what the View does.
