Dual Residences

We are wondering whether there might be any among our fellow Sunline owners who faced a similar situation to ours (described below) and found a satisfactory solution from which we might benefit from the telling of your experience.

Paul and I have been trying to come up with a plan that would allow us to live half each year in the Chicago area (near his family) and half the year in the Montreal, Canada area (near my family). Thing is, we cannot afford to own or rent full year residences in both cities, and finding stable 6-month accommodation that we can count on returning to year after year will be difficult. We've had a look at house sitting, camping volunteers, and the like, but nothing we've learned of so far fills the bill. We're also considering parking the Sunline on a seasonal site for the summer, but it obviously won't do for full time living in the winter months.

We'd surely would appreciate hearing any ideas or possible solutions that you may have to offer. We need to build our inventory of options.
