Could look at a 2363 for me? I have been speaking with the owner who is elderly and lives in a retirement community so it more difficult for him to do checks with his moisture meter and/or send pictures of the roof.
I already went all the way to Connecticut ( kinda crazy I know!) to look at a 2363 that was nice but had two water leaks and a soft spot
I was reluctant to do ANOTHER lengthy trip for nothing again
I would be willing to pay someone for a good inspection
