Since no one even took any sort of guess, even a 267SR from Stoltzfus, here are the answers:
It was a T-360SR, probably a 2001 model.
It was delivered by Rayewood Trailer Sales (later 84 RV Superstore and now 84 RV Rentals) in Sussex, NJ.
It was brought in for use by the company hired to demolish the WTC building #7.
