Personal Comments:
We came up to the Boundary Waters area in late fall, and the campground had already closed for the season. There was just a sign on the board that said "Camp for Free", but the water spigots had been winterized. No big deal, that's why we have solar panels and keep our fresh water tank full.
This campground is very well maintained, and situated right on a big beautiful lake. We spent a few days driving the Gun Flint trail and taking in the beautiful sights of the Boundary Waters area.
The site pads are big enough that if you had another couple traveling with you in another camper, the pads are large enough to hold two campers
