T267SR going on the market

I looked at this 2000 camper today and was impressed with the condition. It is almost perfect. One owner and only used a few weeks a year. The lady wants to sell and was asking my opinion, knowing I have a Sunline and love them. I think it is worth $8000 but am asking for any opinions you might have.
It will be listed somewhere shortly but I asked her to give me a chance to present it here first. Guidance needed on the selling price.
Thanks,
John

That sounds like a real gem! I don't know much about pricing, but $8000 sounds reasonable to me.

Might be a little on the high side, but you're close. I think she could get 65-7 for it, so starting at 8 might not be too bad.

I'm glad Sunline Fan posted. He said exactly what I was thinking.

I'm looking at that model and year as I'm posting. I'm not as familiar with the SR's as much as I am with the smaller (esp. the older TT's).

It has been my experience (or at least seemingly on Craig's List) that VT and NH seem to put higher asking prices on Sunshine's than CT and NJ. Then too, there also seem to be many more offerings down this way also.

Just in asking, does she have a wt. distribution system she may want to go with this TT?

Anyway I think I would list at the $8k with either a best offer or at least be ready to negotiate.

Age and condition of tires, battery? Roof resealed? wheel bearings last repacked....those kind of things, etc.

Just my .02. Not worth much more than that. Others will be better judge.

But then, I wanted the 1996 T-2053 that I have in a bad enough way that I may have over paid a bit for it.

Lynn
