It's an '06 T-30F, the FEMA model. It does look very nice on the outside, I'd be curious about the inside. GSA Auctions (Govt Services Administration's auction site) had a fire sale on leftover FEMA inventory starting around like two years ago, and then came up again like last fall, lasting into the early spring. Surprisingly I hadn't seen this one before, so it may have been in the Port Charlotte, FL area originally based on the Orlando location now. I've been seeing quite a few of these 30F's come up for sale through third party dealers in the past six months.

No typical RV dealer is willing to touch them due to the liability of them, but a lot of these smaller consignment and used-only dealers have been buying them at the auctions to resell. They get them cleaned up real good so they look good in pictures and then put them out there on the market. Some may be pretty good if they weren't used much.

Based on the VIN, it's roughly in the middle of the production range, which lasted from about 5609 to about 5707 (maybe even 5709), at which time production was 100% dedicated to the FEMA coaches. I'm confused because I thought they put the logos on the early ones only. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures for most because they were sold in huge lots of like 800-3000 and the data was just in a spreadsheet.

Weight wise, it should be very similar to the 2975, it just lacks a chair and upper bunk window. I'm not sure if it has a fresh water tank or not. I have the weight sticker from inside the cabinet somewhere, I just can't find it at the moment. I had wanted to make a copy of the pic to keep on my computer, but I think I forgot before I moved it to the hard drive.

Jon

Jon, I too have been seeing lot's full of these FEMA trailers just pop up for sale here in the last 3 to 4 months around here.

I wonder just how cheap they go for. Pextron may find something here if they are cheap enough. Good frame, good applainces just not many thrills and it is a Sunline

They should be cheap ( 4-5 yrs.old now ) BUT how many people made a buck on them already, we don't know how many times they may have been sold.

In 1981 after the 1980 Lake Placid winter Olympics I bought a 21' 1980 Shasta TT that they used for housing at the Olympics. it had the winter pkg. ( heated & insulated holding tanks etc.) NO A/C. It was only 1 Year old.. I got it VERY CHEAP way under Book Value.
