1985 Sunline 33' Camper M-3350 water drain valves

Hi,

I am new to this forum and would appreciate your advice. I have a 1985 Sunline 33' camper that I bought from a friend in 2013. I think that it is a Model M-3350.. ?? This is my first camper. Recently both of the two water drain valves have started leaking. I'm referring to the hot and cold water "T" type pull valves that are located below the kitchen sink, at the floor level, along the exterior wall. have any of you experienced this in the past? I am wondering if the rubber O-rings are worn and if they can be replaced of or if the drain valves can be replaced easily? If the "T" type valves can be replaced, are they specified to Sunline or is this type of valve common in many campers? Can I get these valves on-line or will I need to go to a camper dealer?? The location makes them pretty hard to get to. I have sprayed the valves with silicon spray a few times, but it didn't seem to help.

I tried to upload a photo, but I'm not sure if I did it correctly.
Thank you.

Gene

The valves you show I am suspecting are your low point drains. Under the camper you will see the ends of those 2 pipes where the water can run out on the ground.

Odds are high you might not be able to find those type of valves. However if the OD of the tubing is 1/2", then the newer style may work on your older tubing. Cut out the old valve and install a new one.

Flairit makes the type that are in my camper. Sunline does not make these, they just buy them from Pex piping supply houses. A RV dealer may have them or see Amazon

See here for 1/2" Flairit at the factory site

And here on Amazon to buy them as one of many places

Hope this helps

John
