Probably not – unless your trailer was built with the walk-on roof option.
I always use ˝ plywood sheet (~4’ x 4’ or 3’ x 4’) to span across the roof trusses when I need to get on the roof.
You probably also want to put something down, like a blanket, between the plywood and roof to make sure the plywood doesn’t rip the rubber roof.
I’ve put pieces of carpet on the bottom of a piece of plywood that I use when I need to get on the roof.
