Can I and HOW can I wire in a mp3/fm/am player

Campin' Dude, if you go to this link and look at the Toyota 56009 (model 8612-60230) CQ-TT4650A this is the male plug on the back of my unit. Does this give you a better idea of where the red and black wires should connect?
Somehow the more I look at the plug from amazon, although they won't give a straight into the holes look at it, the holes don't look right...the slots that the tabs from this plug fit into don't look right...at the wrong angle to receive the tabs.

I see your concerns and I don't want to advise you to buy something and it turns out to be wrong. My best advice would be to contact Scosche Technical Support Contact Us by Scosche and tell them exactly what you have and the model/year RAV4 that it came from. They should be able to advise you what part(s) you'll need. I did a little more research and I see that Toyota offered a JBL Synthesis system as an option in some RAV4s. If that's what you have, there may be some connection issues.
