1993 T-3060 Need Water Pump replacement help

Hi All, took my camper out of storage this weekend. Its a 1993 30' t-3060. The water pump sounds burned up and is not pushing any water. Anyone happen to know what model number the water pump is in that camper? I'm in Connecticut and the camper is 5 hours away in NY and never thought to try and see if I could find the number, but seeing its screwed to the floor under the sofa kind of made it hard to see anyway. Is the sofa hard to take out? Thanks for any help. Bob

I do not know your exact pump in a 93. This is common standard Shurflo pump found in most TT's today as the base pump. The exact model in your 93 if it is original may now be replaced by another model.

Classic Series Water Pump - SHURflo

However, Shurflo makes many models that are an upgrade the the basic pump.

Here is one of them.
SHURfloŽ Premium Plus Pump - SHURflo

There are others as well.

I do recommend that you add a strainer to the suction side of the pump if yours does not have one. Nay piece of dirt/debris that can get in the pumps can affect the internal check valves and make them leak over time.

Hope this helps

John

Now is the time to upgrade! They are making some very nice pumps now read "quiet" They are a bit more expensive but well worth the extra money. Most are pretty much direct replacement so fitting a new one should be no problem.
