Hi hflad,
I'll try to help. That one pic shows us it looks like a 2001 T2753. Which would have a rear bedroom, mid length kitchen and a front living room. Nice floor plan.
- It is 28 feet like you said according to the 2001 brochure.
- It has a Max camper weight with cargo of 7,000# (GVWR)
- Empty with no options or camping gear, it weighs 4,575#
- Empty with no options of camping gear it has a 620# tongue weight.
According to the NADA used RV web site,
2001 Sunline Solaris Series M-2753 Prices and Used Values | NADAguides
It lists out just under $4,800 for an average value assuming it is in good condition and has usable tires on it.
That said, there is a year 2000 T-2753 for sale now in NH on a dealers lot being advertised for $8,995 which seems, really high to me. This may not be the selling price, but what they are starting out advertising it for.

As you can see there is a large spread in those prices. Assuming there are no leaks in the camper, all appliances work you could be somewhere between the 2 prices. Condition of the camper, age of the tires, battery, awning etc if they are all good to excellent allow for a higher price. But not way too high.
It is really hard to put a number on these kind of things. You need to get what you feel is good and the buyer wants to get what they feel is fair. For me, a camper that is water tight, has had no leaks and been well maintained in good condition, I myself would pay a little more. But that is me who knows what I'm getting with a Sunline. New buyers who have not bought a camper before may only be looking at price.
Hope this helps and good luck.
John
