Question Winter cover

Hi,
My 2004 T2499 has never seen snow. It’s been garaged it's whole life. Now I need to leave it outside over the harsh northeast winter. Can anyone suggest a good cover to protect it? I’m also looking for suggestions on keeping mice out. Last debate; should I use RV antifreeze or blow the lines out?

Thanks
Jim
