1986 Sunline brake parts?

I'm looking at purchasing a 1986 Sunline. Before I purchase the trailer. I'm wondering how available brakes are for the axles. I plan on towing the trailer 5 hours away multiple times a year and wondering if replacement bearings and brakes are easy to find. Thanks for any help.
