Walls stained, cabinets painted, and back splash is up, (wifey).

Platform on and painted to hopefully reduce potential splinters in the mattress. Next is boxing over the water tank and other side wheel well and putting some trim board around the cubbies. Not shown in the pic's is the water line running from the pump behind the cubbies to the sink.
Then on to front walls, put the benches back in and tin the ceiling, (plastic tin). The trim in the corners and flooring will be last.

I love the faux tin back splash panels. I used them on my home kitchen in our last house with great success. They work great and are exquisitely easy to install.
I did find that the only double-side tape that held up with them is the one sold specifically for that purpose by the same manufacturer. Any other double-side pulled away in just a week or two.
Here's a trick with those panels. When I did the kitchen, I wanted the cover plates for the electric outlets to be tight to the wall but that would have deformed the panels and pulled them away from the wall. By gently heating the perimeter of each cut-out and then tightening down the cover plates, the panel conformed to the cover plate perfectly and snugly to the wall. An unexpected but very welcome benefit is that there are no gaps between the outlet plates and the high and low areas of the panels making it all easier to clean.

Wow! that's a designer camper for sure. Now, out of necessity, you have a great new look in an older camper.
Nice work!
