Won't they allow you to return it? That's a big chunk of change!

I bought a 5 gallon bucket of roofing, and a gallon of patch with the screening for less than a hundred bucks at Lowes. Just saying!

Gary, I called EPDM today and spoke with Lou, the gentleman I spoke with before I order this and he said their company has a no return policy.

That doesn't seem right. I'm not sure what to suggest, other than to keep trying to sell it.

www.epdmcoatings.com/epdm_policy.html

wow - this was buried deep! I think I'd question the legality on this - it is not listed on the order form anywhere but way down at the bottom of their website under legal/privacy/return items..........

I live just north of Watkins Glen. I will end up using it if no one else is intrested in it. I was all set to use it but a few people in my area here thought I would be better off leaving the roof as is.

I agree, leave the roof as is. That kind of stuff just makes a mess of the roof, and it often doesn't look very good when all done.

I'd go hit up some mobile home parks, as the same type of stuff is often marketed for sealing mobile homes. Not sure you could get $300 for it there though.

Jon, mobile homes typically use one of a few variants of Kool Seal, which is a brush-on coating with fibers in it. I've sealed more MH roofs than I care to admit when I got started in that business.

I would not use liquid rubber over a metal MH roof.

I took some law courses and one thing we learned early was that in the US, no mechant is required to return anything, we are just used to the policy most stores have adopted as good customer service.
