Need info on plumbing

I have a 2001 sunline solaries 2753 and under the kitchen sink the connector that goes to the hot water faucet broke . I call 3 different places and they give me 3 different answers lol. The piping looks like a smoke color and it's not flexible. It has a crimp clamp on the end of the fitting . I was wondering if I could get a new fitting and cut it off and use the PVC glue and put a new on there or if I going to have to crimp it back on there . Thanks for any info
