Well, no not really. A leaking HW heater or tank just makes a mess.... The steel pan is a new something if it is from Sunline on a Darco style membrane system. Post a few pics. Curious on this one.

Yup, one is the gray water tank (sinks and shower) over the axles and the other in the way back is the black tank (toilet). Both made from ABS thermoformed plastic.
It also looks like you have the torsion axles in place of the leaf spring axles. Both work well. Torsion is better on bumps and shock absorbing the way they are. Leaf springs axles one needs to add shock absorbers and rubber equalizers to helps tame down the bumps and sine way flexing.

Yeah I hadn't looked at suspension yet..as long as it isn't the same torsion I had an old Palomino Tent Trailer..wound replacing that on the road with an emergency leaf spring axle setup. Fortunately we were close to a relatives home and he knew a place that did us right.

Yeah, the 2000 Advancer brochure confirms rubber ride axles.

Thanks I hadn't seen that detail yet.. I have spent most of the week I have owned it tearing it apart...oh well starting to go back together now...
