Source to replace privacy curtain "thingies"?

Wondering if anyone has a source for these "thingies".

I tried to "jerry rig" a few but thought someone might have a source for replacing them.

Hmm, I don't. All I can recommend is to unscrew the track from the ceiling and see if there's a brand name stamped on the back side.
