Wheel Covers

I thought I posted this before, but I guess I was remiss in doing so. This is something we bought for our Sunny a couple of months ago with our tax refund (along with the new TV antenna). These things aren't cheap, but it was a good time to splurge. We were considering baby moons at first, but they weren't practical or possible with the basic 13" wheels - so we chose the full moon covers.

That is a nice smooth look with those wheel covers.

I like those steps too. A step big enough for my size 12 feet.

Thanks! It does smooth out the look a bit - and it hides the ugly center caps. <G>

Thanks again! They were kind of a necessity. When we bought the TT, the original slide-out step had been cut off with a torch. I'm thinking it may have been left out and the PO hit something with it and tore it up. Maybe not. I don't think the original step would have been sturdy enough for out liking anyway.

I like them! Very neat. I like the little ring of white. Much like a white wall tire which has in my opinion an added vintage appeal.

Dale,

NICE wheel covers! (Bonus: easy to clean, I'll bet.) Also like how you painted the top of the propane tank blue to match your stripe.

Thanks, guys!

Matthew, I think they will be very east to clean. I wanted that propane tank to "disappear", and I think I came close. (Actually, it was Shelley's idea - and a good one at that!) At the very least, it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb now.

Thank you, Lynn. We were trying to keep the "Rt. 66" feel to her. Tends to brighten her up a bit, too I think.

It did!! I had to go back to the picture again because I missed seeing the tank the first time. Nice work.

Thanks, Gene! Check my albums. I think I have a before-and-after in there so you can see the difference.
