Mine has never had one installed.

I’m thinking maybe your water heater has been replaced. My camper’s newer than yours and the water heater is insulated with regular batt insulation wrapped in cardboard.

Good luck with your project.

You can buy a jig for reinstalling the cabinets, etc from the inside. Can't think of the name of it. Someone will hopefully chime in.
