after removing the handles you'll need to loosen...

after removing the handles you'll need to loosen and screw out the arm or stem that attaches to each handle scocket. when you get them out each one should have the rubber "o" ring or rings on them....

you can take the valve stems out and put a little...

you can take the valve stems out and put a little silicon grease on the rubber
"o " rings.. worked for mine.
